Judith is a Medical-Economist with 15 years experience in the healthcare industry. With over five years of experience working in Mergers & Acquisitions at a leading healthcare consulting firm in Germany, she has developed a robust skill set that aligns commercial and operational strategies to drive impactful results.

In her consulting role, Judith supports clients through comprehensive commercial and operational due diligence, as well as insightful business reviews. Her strategic approach enables organizations to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and make informed decisions that foster long-term growth.

Before transitioning into consulting, Judith worked at the third largest private hospital company in Germany, where she was responsible for medical strategy. In this capacity, she led and managed strategic projects and transformation initiatives, gaining a deep understanding of the operational complexities of healthcare delivery. Early in her career, Judith gained hands-on experience as an Operating Room Technician (scrub nurse), providing her with valuable clinical insights that inform her strategic recommendations today.
